We are an expert team of licensed clinical psychologists who provide culturally-attuned trauma and anxiety treatments that are grounded in the current research.

We flexibly adapt the evidence-based treatments we learned through training at places such as Stanford, the Philadelphia VA, and the San Francisco VA.

What to Expect

We offer a free, 20-minute phone consultation to discuss what you are hoping to work on in therapy, and to determine if our clinic can help you with those goals.

Phone Consultation

Assessment & Treatment Planning

During our first few sessions we assess your current challenges, learn about your history, and collaboratively determine your treatment plan.

We provide individualized, goal-oriented, and evidence-based treatment.

Our clients typically see meaningful change in 12-20 sessions (approximately 3-5 months).

We also monitor your progress throughout treatment to ensure the treatment plan continues to serve your needs.

Therapy

Once you have met your treatment goals by building on your existing strengths and developing new, healthier habits, you and your therapist will collaboratively determine if you are ready to graduate from care.

We hope your new skills boost your confidence and support lasting positive change.

Post-graduation, additional “booster” check-in sessions may be used for reinforcement of skills, processing new stressors, or determining if you may benefit from returning to therapy.
